1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and placing an order with SNEAKER MYSTERYBOX, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and SNEAKER MYSTERYBOX.

2. Product Information

SNEAKER MYSTERYBOX offers mystery boxes containing one (1) pair of sneakers from premium brands including Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, HOKA, ASICS, On, Golden Goose, and others. The specific brands, styles, and colorways received are randomized and not guaranteed.

We offer three tiers of mystery boxes:

• Lucky Box: $79 (retail value $150+)
• Heat Box: $99 (retail value $200+)
• Grail Box: $139 (retail value $300+)

3. No Returns or Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Due to the nature of our mystery box business model, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. By purchasing a mystery box, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final. Please ensure you select the correct size and tier before completing your purchase.

4. Sizing and Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate sizing information during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections. All mystery boxes are curated based on the size you provide at the time of purchase.

Sneaker sizing may vary by brand and style. We recommend choosing your most common sneaker size. Size-related issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. Product Authenticity

All sneakers sold through SNEAKER MYSTERYBOX are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized retailers and distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every product in our mystery boxes.

6. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

A flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies to all orders within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

7. Limited Availability

Mystery boxes are available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or household and to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

8. Payment

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

9. Limitation of Liability

SNEAKER MYSTERYBOX and its affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
