$9.95 Flat Fee Shipping

All SNEAKER MYSTERYBOX orders ship for a flat fee of $9.95 within the United States. We use USPS Priority Mail for fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully curated and processed within 2-3 business days of purchase confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your mystery box has shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 5-8 business days.

Expected Timeline:

  • Day 0:Order placed and payment confirmed
  • Days 1-3:Order processing and box curation
  • Days 4-8:Shipping and delivery to your address

Tracking Your Order

Once your mystery box ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey at:

Please allow 24 hours after shipment confirmation for tracking information to update in the USPS system.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • ✓ All Continental U.S. States
  • ✓ Alaska
  • ✓ Hawaii
  • ✓ Military APO/FPO Addresses

International Shipping: Not currently available

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Important delivery information:

  • USPS requires a signature on delivery for some high-value packages
  • If no one is available to sign, USPS will leave a notice for pickup at your local post office
  • P.O. Boxes are accepted
  • We cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

SNEAKER MYSTERYBOX is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by USPS but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Verifying the delivery address on the tracking information
  • Checking around your property for safe placement by the carrier
  • Contacting your local post office with the tracking number

If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report and contact USPS directly.

Address Changes

IMPORTANT: Address changes cannot be made after an order has been placed.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the shipping address. If you need to update your address, you must contact us immediately at support@sneakermysterybox.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

Damaged Packages

While rare, packages may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging immediately
  2. Do not discard the packaging
  3. Contact us at support@sneakermysterybox.com within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Include your order number, tracking number, and photos of the damage

We will work with you to resolve any shipping damage issues.

Holidays and Delays

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We will notify customers of any expected delays via email. USPS service disruptions (weather, natural disasters, etc.) are beyond our control.
